Simulating the 'soutv' code template for Java Editor

What's "soutv"?

Is it a jargon?
Yes & No

Actually, its one of the Live Code Templates provided for the Java Editor, in NetBeans IDE! Kunal Modi has done a simulation of that template in his latest contribution. He's been exploring NetBeans API's for a while...coming out every now & then, with something special. Have a look at these screenshots.
